adriveapp.com currently has no checkout, does not charge payment cards, and does not sell a product or service directly through the site. Submitting the contact form is free and creates no purchase obligation, so there is currently no website payment to refund.

Future or separately contracted services

Campaigns, equipment, subscriptions, fleet arrangements, or other paid services are governed by the signed order form or agreement and mandatory law. Before any future online purchase, we will show the full price, taxes and fees, number of instalments, exact amount of each instalment, total payable amount, schedule, and cancellation/refund terms before the final purchase action.

Mandatory consumer rights

Where Israeli consumer law applies to a distance-sale transaction, cancellation and refunds will be provided within the mandatory timeframes and subject only to lawful cancellation fees and exceptions. This policy does not limit non-waivable rights. Cancellation channels will include the methods required by law, including an online method if the transaction can be completed online.
